| Mid Atlantic Showcase | |  | | | We are a small D-III school located in Alfred, NY (about an hour south of Rochester), competing in the Empire 8 Conference. This past season we finished with our program's best record since 2013. We look forward to continuing that progress this year and in the years to come, with a main goal being to compete for a conference championship. We have a great group of women on our team and are looking for more people with a solid lacrosse IQ who are athletic, driven, and coachable who can help push our program to new heights. |
