| River City Rivalry | | |  |  | Our team is focused on creating a strong foundation of academic excellence, personal growth and a team that is family. We have a wonderful coaching staff: women who have experience as players, coaches and a true passion for the game! The conference is the Southern Athletic Association (SAA). It spans five states that include Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and Georgia. We are looking for student-athletes that are interested in a small school setting in the south with very high academic standards and would like to continue playing at the collegiate level. Oglethorpe is the only southern school in the conference that is located in an urban setting conveniently nestled in the Brookhaven/Buckhead area. Oglethorpe is a strong Liberal Arts school with Arche programs, studies abroad, degrees designed for the student plus a number of academic scholarship opportunities. Check out our 3D campus tour!
