Morgan Gott

Gott begins her second season with the Red Flash women's lacrosse team in 2024.


In 2023, she helped the Red Flash has set a program record for overall wins (10), conference wins (5), longest winning streak (6) and clinched the program's first-ever NEC Tournament appearance.


Gott came to Loretto from Eastern Michigan University, where she served as an assistant coach in 2022. Gott helped Eastern Michigan prepare for its' first collegiate season in 2022-23. She also served as an assistant coach at George Mason University from the fall of 2018 to December 2020 and at Mary Washington University, an NCAA Division III program, for one season before heading to George Mason.


With George Mason, the Patriots went 11-7 and advanced to the Atlantic-10 semifinals in 2019. The squad was then off to a 4-3 start in 2020 before the pandemic cancelled the rest of the season. Under her guidance, goalkeeper Melissa Semkiw was named All-Atlantic-10 first team and was selected as the 2020 All-Atlantic-10 preseason team. In 2021, the keeper was ranked as the sixth-best goalie by US Lacrosse Magazine. Additionally, Gott mentored 2019 Atlantic-10 Rookie of the Year Deanna Balsama.


Gott helped Mary Washington to a 17-5 record in 2018, while the team advanced to the NCAA Division III National Quarterfinals and lost to eventual national champion Gettysburg.


Gott and Coyne also have a connection of Roanoke College, where Coyne served as head coach and led the Maroons to two NCAA Final Four appearances and five Old Dominion Athletic Conference championships before her time at the University of Notre Dame. Gott served as an assistant coach for the 2016-17 season. The Maroons lost in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Quarterfinals that season.


Gott has also served as a head coach of Club Teams: Denver Summit (2021), Yellow Jackets Mid Atlantic (2021), CRASH Lacrosse Club (2018-19), Mid-Western Force (2016-17), and NESLL Club (2013).


Gott was a four-year letterwinner for the women's lacrosse team at Coastal Carolina from 2013-16. She appeared in 61 games in her career. Part of the inaugural team in program history, Gott helped the Chanticleers to a pair of 11 wins seasons and Big South Tournament berths in her final two campaigns.


She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University in 2016.

Craig Lowery

Craig Lowery begins his first season as an assistant coach under head coach Morgan Gott in 2025.


Lowery comes to Loretto after serving as the women's lacrosse head coach at St. Andrews University in North Carolina since July. Lowery also served as women's lacrosse head coach at Ursuline College, the women's lacrosse head coach at Missouri Valley College, and the men's lacrosse head coach at Cleary University.


Lowery was a member of the University of Cumberland men's lacrosse team for three seasons and helped the team to a 34-15 overall record and a 15-2 mark in conference play. Cumberland advanced to the NAIA National Invitational second round in his last two years.


Lowery received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminal Profiling in 2019 from the University of Cumberlands and his Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration with an emphasis on Addictions in the Fall of 2024 from the University of Cumberlands.
