Three players earned All-Liberty League honors in 2024. Katherine Killian was a First-Team defender and Lily DePalma and Serafina Kiselgof were honorable mention selections. Killian was the first defender in program history to receive first team all-league honors and was a First Team IWLCA Division III All-Empire Region selection. Killian was a member of the All Tiger Team.

The Tigers posted a 3.68 team GPA and was named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, while DePalma, Carrissa Hlywa, Jane Hudson and Claire Templeton were selected to the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. RIT placed 17 on the Liberty League All-Academic team, while DePalma and Kiselgof were College Sports Communicators (CSC) At-Large Academic All-District selections. Hlywa was a NSCA All-American Strength & Conditioning Athlete of the Year and Templeton received RIT’s Power Den Award.

Michelle Messenger was a Second Team All-Liberty League selection in 2023. In 2022, Wagner led RIT to an 18-17 win over No. 24 Brockport, the biggest win in program history. Seven Tigers were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and 14 were Liberty League All-Academic selections.

Wagner led RIT to a 15-14 win over Montclair State on March 9, 2020, to pick up her first win as a head coach. That season was cut short due to the COVID pandemic.

Prior to RIT, Wagner was an assistant coach at St. John. Fisher from 2018-19, helping the Cardinals to the 2019 Empire 8 title and an appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament. She was an assistant at Ithaca from 2015-2018 and at Brockport from 2013-15.

Wagner is a 2011 graduate of Div. II Limestone College. A three-time IWLCA 2nd Team All-American, she was voted team captain in 2010 and 2011 and was a member of four straight NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, including the 2011 National Championship game.

Wagner graduated from Limestone with a Bachelor of Science in business marketing in 2011 and earned a master’s in physical education from Brockport in 2015.
