Kaci Starkloff enters her third season for the Notre Dame lacrosse team, first as a head coach.
Starkloff comes to Notre Dame after a five-year career at James Madison University. After redshirting her freshman season, she went on to make 75 appearances with 60 starts and finished her career with 70 groundballs, 38 caused turnovers and 93 draw controls. Her redshirt freshman season, Starkloff was named to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Rookie Team. Her sophomore year, she was named the JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete Award and finished her senior season earning the CAA Academic Award.
Aside from her coaching duties at Notre Dame, Starkloff works as the Coaches Director and Technical Skills Coordinator with the North East Maryland Select Lacrosse Club. Kaci has been serving as a coach with the Harford County based club team for the past four years. At NEMS she prepares high school lacrosse players for college careers. She also served as an instructor at several college lacrosse camps during this time.
Graduating from JMU in 2015 with a degree in Communications sciences and disorders with a minor in sports coaching. Starkloff is a special education teacher for Harford County Public Schools and currently resides in Bel Air, Md.
