Emily Pepe

Emily Pepe will enter her second season as head coach in the 2024 season.

Prior to Molloy, she spent two seasons at the helm of the women's lacrosse program at DeSales University, where she led the Bulldogs to MAC Freedom Conference Tournament appearances.

Pepe spent four seasons as an assistant coach at New York Tech, helping the Bears to a 45-16 record and a perennial contender in the East Coast Conference.

The East Quogue native was an inaugural member of the Jacksonville University women's lacrosse team before spending three seasons playing for Sacred Heart University. With the Pioneers, she recorded 88 assists, the second-highest in the program's history, as well as 77 goals for 165 points. Pepe was named All-Northeast Conference First Team in both 2011 and 2012 and is the program's single-game assists record. Upon graduate, she remained with the team as a graduate assistant coach.

"I am very excited to be joining Molloy," Pepe said. "It's a great opportunity to come back to Long Island and coach within a conference I am very familiar with. I am ready to get out there, compete right away, and work with the team. Molloy has been in the top three spots of the ECC, we're looking to move our way up. We're coming in with high expectations."
