Michael Rhodovi

Michael Rhodovi was named an assistant coach for the Howard CC Women's Lacrosse Program starting in the 2019 season.


Coach Rhodovi is a Wilde Lake High School alum (goalie) who has a deep passion for coaching that can be traced back to 1993. After graduation, he began coaching youth sports starting with rec & club youth sports (Howard Huskies & Tri-City Eagles, Laurel Steelers, Elkridge Hurricanes, HC Lax). An active board member with Howard County Lacrosse Program (2007-2019), Coach Rhodovi has coached hundreds of boys and girls in the recreation and Cobra travel programs.


In 2014 he co-founded the HoCo Girls Lacrosse Club with Malissa Spiropoulos and served as program director until 2019. He also served with the Wilde Lake High School girls JV Head Coach & girls Varsity Head Coach (2016 - present). In 2017 he was the assistant coach for the USL Baltimore Metro Women's U19 team, continuing as assistant coach with the USL Chesapeake Chapter MD Metro U19 (2018 - present).


In 2019, he was the recipient of the Howard County Good Sports Award. GoodSports is a MARPSA program that goes beyond sportsmanship encouraging local athletes and coaches to take responsibility for their actions and behaviors on and off the field to assure the best sporting experience for all.

Erik Foust

Erik Foust was named the head coach of the men's lacrosse team at Howard prior to the 2013 season.


His teams went to 7 NJCAA National Tournaments, five appearances in the final four and two national runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2022. Foust was awarded Region 20 Coach of the Year in 2017, 2018 and 2022.


Under his tutelage dozens of former Dragons have continued their careers at prominent NCAA programs including but not limited to University of Maryland, UMBC, Towson, Drexel and Salisbury. In the spring of 2023 there were 25 former Dragons on NCAA rosters.


In the ten years Coach Foust has been at the helm, 21 student athletes have been awarded NJCAA All-American Awards and 6 student athletes have been awarded NJCAA All-Academic Awards.


Coach Foust was previously the offensive coordinator at Howard CC, the head coach at The University of Detroit Jesuit High School, Wilde Lake and Howard High Schools. He was US Lacrosse High School Coach of the Year, both in 2003 (Michigan) and 2007 (Howard County, MD).


Throughout his High School coaching career Foust coached 4 High School All Americans, 2 High School Academic All Americans and 25 NCAA DI, DII or DIII players.


As a graduate of Western Michigan University, he played lacrosse and studied physical and health education. At Wayne State University, he earned his Masters of Education in Athletic Administration.


Coach Foust grew up near Detroit, Michigan and currently resides in Ellicott City with his wife, son and daughter.
