2020 saw D'Youville earn three players earn weekly awards from the NEAC and AMCC before the cancellation of the season, as Riley Riedel (Offensive Player of the Week) and Jordyn James (Defensive Player of the Week) swept the weekly awards from both conferences on March 9, while Tiffany Cristofanelli won AMCC Offensive Player of the Week honors the following week.

The 2019 season featured another large step by Mayhook's squad, as the team improved to a 7-10 record and narrowly missed the program's first berth into the NEAC postseason. The Red and Black had three players named to All-NEAC Teams, as Megan Dulniak and Julia Prychodko earned Second Team honors while Alison Gareis received a Third Team seletion.

In her third season at the helm, the women's lacrosse program took a giant leap forward under Mayhook. Before Nardin, Mayhook was an assistant coach at her alma mater, Colgate, and helped lead the Raiders to the first-ever Patriot League Tournament, losing in overtime of the semifinals to Lafayette.

During her playing career, Mayhook was a standout for the Raiders' women’s lacrosse team. She is a four-time IWLCA All-Northeast Region selection as well as a two-time Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year and the conference's 1997 Rookie of the Year. In September of 2011, Mayhook was honored for her outstanding athletic achievements by her alma mater as she was inducted into the Colgate Athletic Hall of Honor.

Soccer in College gave me a good point of reference for perspective coaches, somewhere I could direct them to see all of my data, in a well-organized, efficient manner. It was a good tool for my recruiting efforts.
