Kim Masimore

Kim Masimore (McDaniel College '05), (Pronounced Mace-more) formerly Lowry, is in her tenth season as the head coach of the Red Devil women's lacrosse program, joining the staff in the fall of 2013. The Red Devils have earned a bid to the Centennial Conference playoffs in 4 of the last 5 seasons that playoffs have been held. The Red Devil program has been ranked as one of the top teams in the region and has risen into the national rankings on the IWLCA Coaches Poll.

Masimore has already produced 16 All-Region selections and has had 26 players named to the All-Conference team. Moira Mahoney '16 earned All-America honors in 2016 and was selected as the 2015-16 McAndrews Award winner. Masimore came to Carlisle from Bridgewater College, in Virginia, where she served as the head women's lacrosse coach for three years. Masimore rebuilt the program at Bridgewater and the Eagles continually showed a successful track record of improvement under her tenure. She played a key role in the restructuring of the schedule and made a strong effort to recruit quality student-athletes, earning six All-Conference honors in her last three seasons in Virginia.

Masimore is very active on NCAA and IWLCA committees, serving on the Regional Advisory Committee, the NCAA National Women's Lacrosse Committee and the IWLCA All American Committee. Prior to taking over the program at Bridgewater, Masimore spent two years as an assistant coach at Hamilton College in upstate New York. While at Hamilton, she helped the Continentals reach the final four and the national championship, and produced three All-Americans during her tenure. In 2010, Hamilton was honored as the Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year.

In addition to her experience at Hamilton, Masimore also spent a year at Endicott College, assisting that program to a third straight conference championship and bid to the NCAA Tournament. Masimore spent a year in England, enhancing the development of women's lacrosse as a coach at the St. Mary's School.

Masimore is a 2005 graduate of McDaniel College, earning a B.S. in Sports and Entertainment Marketing and Management, and minors in sports journalism and coaching. She went on to earn a M.S. in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel in 2008. As an undergrad, Masimore competed in both soccer and lacrosse for the Green Terror. She served as a team captain for both soccer (2004-05) and lacrosse (2004-06), earning IWLCA All-Metro Region and All-Centennial Conference honors in lacrosse in 2006.

In 2016 she was named the Senior Woman Administrator. Masimore is also an Assistant Athletic Director and Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee. She resides in Aspers with her husband Jamie and daughter Reed.

Taylor Blick

Blick was named women's lacrosse assistant coach at Dickinson on October 4, 2023.

Blick joins the Red Devils coaching staff after most recently serving in the same role at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland.
