Algeo spent the past seven seasons as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Gwynedd Mercy University and became the department's Senior Woman Administrator in 2021. During her time in California, she gave countless personal lessons to players all across the East Bay.

As a player, Algeo competed in the Landmark Conference at Moravian University (formerly Moravian College) and earned Landmark Conference Honor Roll every season. Algeo received her bachelor's degree from Moravian in psychology with a minor in economics. She then went on to earn her Master's degree in sport psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

As a sport psychology professional, Coach Algeo brings a variety of mental training experience to the Bryn Mawr College women’s lacrosse program. Focusing on building teams’ mental toughness through confidence, motivation, and focus, she has helped collegiate lacrosse teams and several high school football, basketball, volleyball, and tennis teams reach their full potential.
