Adrienne Carr

Adrienne Carr enters her third season as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Arcadia in 2026.


In her first season as the head coach of the Knights she led them to the highest number of program wins since 2018.


Carr comes to Arcadia after most recently serving as Head Coach at FDU-Florham from 2003 to 2019. A five-time Conference Coach of the Year, Carr led the Devils to seven conference championships and an overall record of 185-101, with 11 Conference Player of the Year selections and 80 All-Conference honorees. In addition, 29 of Carr’s players were named All-Region and two were honored with All-American recognition. In her last seven seasons Carr’s teams dominated conference play with a 54-3 record in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) competition, a .947 winning percentage.


Carr also served as Associate Athletic Director and Senior Compliance Administrator at FDU, and Carr currently serves as head coach of South Jersey Select Club Lacrosse. Carr also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Undergraduate and Graduate Sports Administration programs at FDU-Florham. In addition, Carr was inducted into the New Jersey Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2023.


Carr earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies from Rutgers University, and a Master of Public Administration and a Master of the Art of Teaching at FDU-Florham.

Caitlyn McGinley

Caitlyn McGinley enters her second season as the Assistant Coach of the women's lacrosse teamin 2025.


McGinley joins us from Caldwell University where she served as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, Site Supervisor, Regional Advisory Committee Member, and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor. As the head coach of the Cougars, she developed collaborative relationships in order to recruit new athletes to Division II lacrosse program, worked closely with student-athletes in a training capacity during the off-season, and oversaw intensive practice sessions aimed at improving individual skills and team play.


She was also serving as the Head Coach of Evolution Lacrosse Academy, where she created weekly practice plans for 25 high school players, helped players develop basic lacrosse skills along with learning new skills, attended tournaments along the east coast, and helped high school student athletes to get recruited to play at the collegiate level.


McGinley graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team. She was a four-time first team all-conference player, three-time Mid Atlantic Conference Champion (2012, 2013, 2015), 2012 First Team All Boardwalk Selection and participated in the NCAA tournament in 2015.
