DAY 1 4 Stations - working in teams 9:00am to 9:30am - Warm up & Partner Pass Progression 9:40am to 11:40am - 4 Stations 1. Shuttles, partner pass across the field, on the move - catching, throwing 2. Cradling and individual possession 3. 1v1 Progression Drill to Goal 4. Shooting Form work, shooting coming out of a drive, shooting off of a feed
12:00pm to 1:45pm Lunch 1:45pm to 2:15pm - Warm up and Partner Pass Progression continued
2:15pm - 4:15pm TEAM Concepts Practice Team Attack Principles & 2 Sets Team Defense Principles & 2 Sets Offensive Transition - Fast Break, Slow Break, Settled Attack Clear Out Pattern - from Goalie Save to Goal
4:30-5:30pm DINNER BREAK 5:30-6:00pm - Team PreGame Warm Up 6:00pm to 7:00pm Coached Scrimmages DAY 2
9:00am to 2:00pm - Tournament to Championship Each team has 3, 40 Minute Games plus playoffs
