PARKING: All cars can be parked on-site. It is important that teams park only in designated areas and respect all parking staff & signage. Parking is not permitted in surrounding neighborhoods, Rifle Range or Rt 9 – you will be TOWED!
  • Each field is lined to regulation size.
  • Games will consist of 2 – 17 minute halves.
  • Tournament rules are listed in the program. US Women’s Lacrosse rules (full checking included) will be followed at ALL levels of play.
  • The division in which your team will play was selected by your club admin, who determined the appropriate competitive placement within your grade level.
  • All Star Express is a competitive event. EACH team will be challenged to play at a high level.

* If you have previously registered for a Synapse event text list, you won’t receive an initial activation text as you are already in the system, however you still need to sign up for All Star Express 2017 list!
PROGRAMS: Stop by the Synapse black star/information tent to pick up a FREE All Star Express which includes rosters, divisions, color schedule overview, rules and a site map to guide you through the venue.
TEAM COACH CHECK IN: The coach of each team/club MUST FORMALLY CHECK-IN at the Synapse Sports Black Star tent prior to your first game to check the status of the team and get any last-minute information/directions. If coach doesn’t check-in, team will not play!   
ATHLETE WAIVERS: Individual electronic Athlete Waivers must be completed ONLINE by ALL rostered players or the team will not be permitted to take the field. If you have any outstanding issues please contact Sarah at immediately!  No sob stories….NO paper waivers will be available onsite!
SPORTSMANSHIP: Sportsmanship RULES at Synapse Sports events. Anyone violating the good sportsmanship rules of the tournament - that are expected of all players, coaches, fans and parents - will be promptly issued a Purple Card and escorted from the venue.
  • A field marshal will be on EACH field and can communicate with event staff, security and trainers in cases of emergency.  Please feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.
  • All fields #’s will be marked by banner flags.
  • Toilets are plentiful and strategically located near the fields.
  • Trash cans will be everywhere – please use them! Be sure to pick up all gear and trash from sidelines and team tent areas.
  • Trainers are located in the medical tents.  They are available for first aid only – NOT FOR TAPING.
  • Attendees voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury and any hazards arising from or related in any way to attending the event.
  • Warning: errant balls in spectator areas can cause serious injury.  Be alert when in spectator areas & shot zones.  
  • Team tents will only be permitted as directed by Synapse- on the perimeter of the venue, away from fields, buildings, walkways.  No tent may be erected between fields or in high traffic areas.  ALL TENTS MUST BE STAKED DOWN or will be removed by event staff.
  • Dogs are NOT permitted on the grounds – local authorities will escort you & your dog from the premises – no kidding!  LEAVE YOUR DOG AT HOME.
  • NO DRONES! Due to safety and liability issues, Synapse Sports expressly prohibit the operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public.
  • Staff golf carts are utilized to logistically support the event – not for transport.  Only Trainers may transport persons in need on a limited basis when they are not tending to onsite medical issues. 
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen!
As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements.  Synapse Sports reserves the right to cancel, shorten, convert format (no playoffs) or reschedule tournament games due to adverse weather, poor field conditions, or player and fan safety concerns. If lightning is observed, the staff will suspend play immediately and players and fans will be asked to leave the fields.  Play will be allowed to resume 30 minutes after the last sight of lightning is observed. Games will re-start, in real time, for whatever is scheduled when they resume.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds of any kind due to registered teams that withdraw after final payment deadline on June 1, 2017.
  • In the event of adverse weather that causes complete or significant cancellation of tournament play, Synapse Sports will endeavor to offer either partial or full refunds (excluding deposits) to participating teams, dependent on when the cancellation occurs. There shall be no refunds for individual games or playoff games lost to weather delays. Clubs will be notified if any adverse weather refund shall be provided within 30 days following event. 
  • In no event shall Synapse Sports be responsible for refunding individual player fees paid to any given Club to attend All Star Express.  Please contact your Club Administrator for information on how any adverse weather-related team refunds might be applied at the Club level.

GATORADE, the official sports fuel provider, will hydrate athletes with PERFORM (original Gatorade) throughout the weekend. Gatorade coolers will be on each sideline for athletes (and spectators too!) to fill up using their own water bottles.

Wave One Sports, the official tournament merchandise provider, will have All Star Express tournament apparel.
SHOPLIFTING is a CRIME and will not be tolerated at Synapse Sports events. NO excuses . . . NO exceptions. Anyone caught shoplifting will be immediately expelled from the tournament and will not be allowed to participate in any future Synapse Sports sponsored events. The continued participation of the shoplifter’s team may also be jeopardized.  Vendors are encouraged to prosecute shoplifters under the full extent of the law.  We strongly suggest that parents and coaches reiterate this policy to players in advance, as a preventative measure.

Online Check-in is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.
