SCORING RULES: Scoring Rules
To view your teams individual schedule, follow the directions below:
  • Hover over SCHEDULES then click on SCHEDULES
  • Click on your DIVISION (listed in blue)
  • Click on STANDINGS Scroll down until you see your team listed & click your Team Name
    • To go to a different division, hover your mouse over "Divisions", a drop down menu with the
      divisions listed will appear, click on the one you want, then on STANDINGS to find your team.

VENUES: National Draw 2017 is being held at Cherry Hill WEST High School and Cherry Hill EAST High School, to include adjacent Richterman & Decou fields. The WEST & EAST complexes are 4 miles apart, conveniently located off 295 & NJ turnpike and close to the bulk of the hotel base in Mt. Laurel.  All teams will play at ONE SITE - there will be NO CROSSOVER between sites.  2018 division teams will be split between sites with crossover only for championship game played at WEST.

CH WEST PARKING: Parking lots open: Friday – 4:30PM; Sat/Sun - 6:00AM.  Onsite parking will be tight, but adequate to accommodate the event. Check where your team is playing and park accordingly. Please review the venue map and give yourself ample time to park and get to your field.  Parking directions are available under the Documents tab. It is important that teams park only in designated areas and respect all parking staff and signage.  Cars parked on neighborhood streets, fire lanes, no parking zones or other illegal areas will be FINED and/or TOWED by local police. We strongly encourage carpooling whenever possible!

A designated walking path along Cropwell Rd connects Richterman & Decou fields; a wooded path connects East HS to Richterman.

CH EAST PARKING: Parking lots open: Friday – 4:30PM; Sat/Sun - 6:00AM. Onsite parking at CH East HS, Richterman and Decou is first come, first serve. Once those lots are full, overflow parking will be available at nearby BECK Middle School (950 Cropwell Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08003).  Shuttle buses will run continuously between Beck MS, CH EAST HS and Decou. Please review the venue map and give yourself ample time to park and get to your field. Police will be onsite to ensure the safety of all players and spectators.
*Player Drop-off areas located at CH EAST HS & Decou.  Monitored drop-off only – no parking! 
  • Each field will be lined to regulation size.
  • Water and Gatorade will be provided on each field – please bring your own water bottle to fill.
  • A leader board, by division, will be posted near the Black Star tent & updated to keep track of game scores.
  • Scores will be posted online!  • click National Draw. Or sign up for the App!
  • Pool winners will advance to the playoffs.
  • Tournament rules are listed in the program. US Women’s Lacrosse rules (full checking included) will be followed at ALL levels of play.
  • The division in which your team will play was selected by your club owner/admin who determined the appropriate competitive placement within your grade levels.   
  • National Draw is a competitive event. EACH team will be challenged to play at a high level. To win a national championship your team must be able to compete with every team in that division. The best team will prevail- whether it’s over teams comprised of older or younger athletes.

Go to or sign up on the right side of main event page. After registering, be sure to reply to the first text message to activate your account.
* If you have previously registered for a Synapse event text list, you won’t receive an initial activation text as you are already in the system, however you still need to sign up for National Draw 2017 list!
PROGRAMS: Stop by the Synapse black star/information tent to pick up a FREE National Draw program which includes team rosters, brackets, schedules, rules and site maps.
TEAM COACH CHECK IN: The coach of each team/club MUST FORMALLY CHECK-IN at the Synapse Sports Black Star tent prior to your first game to check the status of the team and get any last-minute information/directions. If coach doesn’t check-in, team will not play!   
ATHLETE WAIVERS: Individual electronic Athlete Waivers must be completed ONLINE by ALL rostered players or the team will not be permitted to take the field. If you have any outstanding issues please contact Sarah at immediately!  No sob stories….NO paper waivers will be available onsite!
College coaches are not required to pre-register for the tournament however those who have committed to attend are listed here.
SPORTSMANSHIP: Sportsmanship RULES at Synapse Sports events. Anyone violating the good sportsmanship rules of the tournament - that are expected of all players, coaches, fans and parents - will be promptly issued a Purple Card and escorted from the venue.
  • A field marshal will be on EACH field and can communicate with event staff, security and trainers in cases of emergency.  Please feel free to ask any questions or request emergency assistance.
  • All fields will be marked by banner flags. A select few fields within each cluster of fields will also have a field marker balloon as noted on venue maps, allowing better navigation through venue.   
  • Toilets are plentiful and strategically located near the fields.
  • Trash cans will be everywhere – please use them! Be sure to pick up all gear and trash from sidelines and team tent areas.
  • Trainers are located in the medical tents.  They are available for first aid only – NOT FOR TAPING.
  • Attendees voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury and any hazards arising from or related in any way to attending the event.
  • Warning: Errant balls in spectator areas can cause serious injury.  Be alert when in spectator areas & shot zones.  
  • Team tents will only be permitted as directed by Synapse- on the perimeter of the venue, away from fields, buildings, walkways.  No tent may be erected between fields or in high traffic areas.  ALL TENTS MUST BE STAKED DOWN or will be removed by event staff.
  • NO DRONES! Due to safety and liability issues, Synapse Sports expressly prohibit the operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public.
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen!
As with any outdoor event, competition is subject to the elements.  Synapse Sports reserves the right to cancel, shorten, convert format (no playoffs) or reschedule tournament games due to adverse weather, poor field conditions, or player and fan safety concerns. If lightning is observed, the staff will suspend play immediately and players and fans will be asked to leave the fields.  Play will be allowed to resume 30 minutes after the last sight of lightning is observed. Games will re-start, in real time, for whatever is scheduled when they resume.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds of any kind due to registered teams that withdraw after final payment deadline on May 2, 2017.
  • In the event of adverse weather that causes complete or significant cancellation of tournament play, Synapse Sports will endeavor to offer either partial or full refunds (excluding deposits) to participating teams, dependent on when the cancellation occurs. There shall be no refunds for individual games or playoff games lost to weather delays. Clubs will be notified if any adverse weather refund shall be provided within 30 days following event. 
  • In no event shall Synapse Sports be responsible for refunding individual player fees paid to any given Club to attend National Draw.  Please contact your Club Administrator for information on how any adverse weather-related team refunds might be applied at the Club level.

GATORADE, the official sports fuel provider, will hydrate athletes with PERFORM (original Gatorade) throughout the weekend. Gatorade coolers will be on each sideline for athletes (and spectators too!) to fill up using their own water bottles.

Wave One Sports, the official tournament merchandise provider, will have all the National Draw apparel on hand at both sites all weekend!  
SHOPLIFTING is a CRIME and will not be tolerated at Synapse Sports events. NO excuses . . . NO exceptions. Anyone caught shoplifting will be immediately expelled from the tournament and will not be allowed to participate in any future Synapse Sports sponsored events. The continued participation of the shoplifter’s team may also be jeopardized.  Vendors are encouraged to prosecute shoplifters under the full extent of the law.  We strongly suggest that parents and coaches reiterate this policy to players in advance, as a preventative measure.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.
