Kim Masimore

Kim Masimore (McDaniel College '05), (Pronounced Mace-more) formerly Lowry, is in her tenth season as the head coach of the Red Devil women's lacrosse program, joining the staff in the fall of 2013. The Red Devils have earned a bid to the Centennial Conference playoffs in 4 of the last 5 seasons that playoffs have been held. The Red Devil program has been ranked as one of the top teams in the region and has risen into the national rankings on the IWLCA Coaches Poll.

Masimore has already produced 16 All-Region selections and has had 26 players named to the All-Conference team. Moira Mahoney '16 earned All-America honors in 2016 and was selected as the 2015-16 McAndrews Award winner. In 2016-17, Maddy Siebold '17 repeated that performance, earning All-America honors and winning the McAndrews Award. The Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year went to Erika Bloes ’21 in 2018.

Masimore came to Carlisle from Bridgewater College, in Virginia, where she served as the head women's lacrosse coach for three years. Masimore rebuilt the program at Bridgewater and the Eagles continually showed a successful track record of improvement under her tenure. She played a key role in the restructuring of the schedule and made a strong effort to recruit quality student-athletes, earning six All-Conference honors in her last three seasons in Virginia.

Masimore is very active on NCAA and IWLCA committees, serving on the Regional Advisory Committee, the NCAA National Women's Lacrosse Committee and the IWLCA All American Committee. Prior to taking over the program at Bridgewater, Masimore spent two years as an assistant coach at Hamilton College in upstate New York. While at Hamilton, she helped the Continentals reach the final four and the national championship, and produced three All-Americans during her tenure. In 2010, Hamilton was honored as the Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year.

In addition to her experience at Hamilton, Masimore also spent a year at Endicott College, assisting that program to a third straight conference championship and bid to the NCAA Tournament. Masimore spent a year in England, enhancing the development of women's lacrosse as a coach at the St. Mary's School.

Masimore is a 2005 graduate of McDaniel College, earning a B.S. in Sports and Entertainment Marketing and Management, and minors in sports journalism and coaching. She went on to earn a M.S. in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel in 2008. As an undergrad, Masimore competed in both soccer and lacrosse for the Green Terror. She served as a team captain for both soccer (2004-05) and lacrosse (2004-06), earning IWLCA All-Metro Region and All-Centennial Conference honors in lacrosse in 2006.

In 2016 she was named the Senior Woman Administrator. Masimore is also an Assistant Athletic Director and Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee. She resides in Aspers with her husband Jamie and daughter Reed.

Dave Webster

After returning to his alma mater in the fall of 2001, Dave Webster '88 has built one of the top programs in all of Division III lacrosse.

In the last 10 seasons, the Red Devils have won four Centennial Conference Championships and have advanced to the “Elite Eight” of the NCAA Tournament on three separate occasions, earning five NCAA Tournament bids.

In addition to success on the field, one of the hallmarks of the Dickinson lacrosse experience is the commitment to service and to community. The Red Devils have received numerous accolades for their off the field commitment to service. Both the American Red Cross and the National Association of Athletic Administrators have recognized the program for their outreach and service.

Dickinson lacrosse players also consistently earn All-CC and All-American honors. In addition, multiple players have competed in the Division III North-South All-Star game. In 2013, Brandon Palladino '13 became the first player in conference history to be named First-team All-Centennial, all four years of his career. He was a two-time USILA National Long-Stick Midfielder of the Year, and named the USILA Player of the Year in 2013 as well. Following the successful 2018 season, eight (8) Red Devils were named to the USILA All-American team.

Coach Webster is most proud of the recent graduates who have also earned Scholar All-American honors.

Lacrosse began at Dickinson in 1952 and there is a tremendous network of successful alumni who actively support the current program and players. Connecting current players with this network is a priority for Webster. Every Fall, the coaches and seniors travel to New York City for an alumni networking event. In addition, a large group of alums return to campus every fall for the much-anticipated Alumni game and Alumni Networking Day.

Prior to coaching the Red Devils, Webster enjoyed the challenge of starting a program at Marymount University in 1991. The Marymount program quickly grew into a much-respected program, and Webster was twice named Capital Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.

After seven seasons at Marymount, Webster was hired by Centennial Conference (CC) rival Franklin & Marshall College. In three seasons at the helm of the Diplomats, Webster was able to recruit and coach several All-Americans and led his 2001 team to a postseason ECAC playoff game.

The opportunity to return to Dickinson and lead this program was a dream come true for Webster. Early in his fifth season at the helm of Dickinson, Webster recorded his 100th career win and soon after became Dickinson’s all-time win leader.

In the spring of 2020, Webster enters his 29th season overall and his 19th season at the helm of the Red Devil program. He has an overall record of 258-168 and has a mark of 112-73 in Centennial Conference play, including his time at F&M.

Webster is an active member of the lacrosse coaching profession and has served in various leadership roles for his sport. Besides serving as a longtime member of the NCAA Lacrosse Rules Committee, Webster also served as vice president to the USILA and as treasurer to the Men’s Division Coaches Committee of U.S. Lacrosse. Webster was honored by his peers in 2008 for his service to the college game. Webster resides in Carlisle with his wife Megan, daughters Grace and Lilly, and son Luke.
